4. Subscription Plans

Pro Plan ($5.99/month or $25/semester): Access to premium templates and custom study guide creation.
Premium Plan ($9.99/month or $45/semester): All Pro features plus ScholarAI assistant.
Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or semester basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact support within 7 days of your initial purchase.
No Refunds for Partial Months: If you cancel mid-billing cycle, no partial refunds are provided, but you retain access until the period ends.
6. User Content
Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload (notes, documents, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Scholara a license to process and create study materials from your content.
Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that:
- Violates copyright or intellectual property rights
- Contains malware or malicious code
- Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
- Violates academic integrity policies
Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:

- Share your account with others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
- Resell or redistribute our templates or content

ScholarAI provides AI-powered assistance. Please note:
- AI responses may contain errors or inaccuracies
- You are responsible for verifying information
- AI assistance should supplement, not replace, your own learning
- Always cite sources appropriately in your work

Our Content: All templates, designs, text, graphics, and other content provided by Scholara are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
